I am working on an exciting HR Business Partner opportunity for a complex organisation based in the Home Counties.
This role will work across the corporate business and needs to be able to develop very strong relationships with senior members of the business, and be able to manage upwards effectively.
The ideal candidate for the role will have the following skills and experiences:
- worked within a complex Matrix structured organisation
- worked in a professional services environment managing HO client groups (Legal, Comms, Finance etc)
- excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- excellent communication skills
- experience and practical examples of change managemant
- Ideally CIPD qualified
- Degree qualified or equivalent
