HR Business Partner

Zoon Link is looking to recruit an HR Business Partner with experience of operating in a senior generalist HR role for a large public or corporate body.

You will be tasked with the generalist remit - with extensive employee relations case management and change management.

A strong team player you will work across team boundaries delivering pragmatic solutions to a range of HR issues as well as planning, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role you must be able to demonstrate:

- Excellent communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
- Operating within a senior generalist role supporting a management team with line management responsibilities
- Initiating, developing and implementing strategic and operational plans to meet medium to long term objectives, including the monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of HR systems and procedures
- Educated to post graduate level in the field of Human Resources and hold an MCIPD qualification
- Knowledge of relevant UK legislation including: TULRA, Employment Relations Act, DDA,TUPE, etc
