Projektbeschreibung

My client is looking for a HR Business Partner on an initial 6+ month(TBC) contract based in Aldgate, London in the Financial, Data and Media Services Industry.

Rate: GBP 300/350 per day.

Role Responsibilities:

* Providing consulting services to projects within Finance and Accounting where there is an identified need from a people/organisational strategy perspective

* Supporting the Finance and Accounting team on all day to day matters ranging from complex employee grievances, disciplinary, restructures, organisation design through to any queries related to compensation

* Running in/depth talent reviews through all levels of the organisation to ensure deep understanding/knowledge of key talent and critical roles

* Helping succession planning and ensuring Finance and Accounting has quality and robust bench/strength in their succession for key positions

* Partnering collaboratively with Regional HR teams on day to day challenges faced by the customer

* Where necessary, making the right compensation recommendations that are related to driving a high performing culture.

* Supporting all efforts around employee engagement, ensuring follow up and action planning from bi/annual employee survey.

* Supporting the Senior HRBP on an ad/hoc basis regarding people and organisation strategies in order to drive growth and efficiency goals.

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

* Proven HR experience to include time spent in a strategic HR Generalist role as well as cross functional HR positions/ie Talent management, Organizational Effectiveness, Reward, Recruitment.

* Global experience within fast paced, heavily matrixes environments.

* Demonstrated success partnering with senior level business clients and experience in developing and implementing change initiatives with a solid track record for delivering results.

* Highly effective coaching and consulting skills with a proven track record in quickly gaining credibility and partnering collaboratively with business leaders.

* Proven customer centric focus; ability to influence culture, drive change and create alignment between business goals and behaviours that drive performance.

* Experience working autonomously, making sound judgments and providing appropriate recommendations within complex organizations

* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Results oriented with strong organisational and analytical skills

* Ability to quickly learn, understand, and remain current on the drivers to company performance, the industry, customer segments, the company value proposition and how the business retains competitive advantage in the marketplace

* Strong written/oral communication skills, effective presentation and facilitation abilities

* Bachelors' degree required; relevant HR accreditation preferred

* Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, HRIS systems, knowledge of Workday preferred.

* Experience of partnering with Finance desirable
