HR Business Partner, Staines, £50- 60k, 6 month ftc

Advantage Resourcing are currently working with a leading blue chip organisation who are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join the business in Staines and be a key player within Central Functions.

Central Functions consist of a number of key support functions, which have a company wide strategic remit, including HR; Finance; Legal; Academy; Healthin addition to shaping the functional people agenda for the Finance and HR organisations.

This is a high profile role supporting a variety of senior stakeholders with a focus on enabling business change; improving employee engagement; supporting high performance and mobilising talent. The role covers a broad spectrum from creating solutions and interventions at senior level and contributing to a range of projects across the business.

The responsibilities include:

-Work in partnership with leadership teams to articulate and deliver a people strategy aligned to business goals
-Build effective relationships and provide expert, pragmatic solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, teams and individuals.
-Deliver proactive, effective, accessible and visible HR support across Central Functions on all people related matters.
-Support strong focus on engagement of employees and teams including communication; team building and delivery of goals
-Support talent management including spotting, development, mobilisation;, facilitating and supporting various Talent Forums
-Introduce and implement areas of change activity; sharing with leadership teams key people management trends and introducing tailored solutions to meet business needs
-Coach Managers on a wide range of people management activities.
-Manage annual activities, including the Annual Reward Review and Employee Engagement Survey, working closely with the wider People team to deliver.

You:

-Ideally educated to degree level and or CIPD qualified
-Advanced knowledge of current Employment Law
-Proven experience of working as an HR Generalist in a large, complex organisation
-Proven ability in influencing and building effective senior relationships within a complex business structure.
-Experience of working with Trade Unions and managing change programmes
-Experience of coaching at a senior level
