HR Business Partner - Council - CIPD - Relationship Management - Business Strategy - Stakeholder Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR advice and support to our Children Schools and Families directorate. Working closely and proactively with the Service Managers you will be identifying HR requirements and commissioning resources to ensure timely delivery.

Required Experience:

- Candidates must be CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Experience developing a business-driven People Strategy and ensure a successful delivery of the Strategy
- Experience to include HR planning, people management, leadership, managing change, project management and TU liaison
- Experience of planning and delivering HR requirements at Service level
- Experience in a strategic role where you have worked closely and presented to senior management
- Excellent experience of applying employment law in practice at all levels and being focused on meeting the needs of the business
- Detailed knowledge of professional HR practices and employment legislation and trends
- Understanding of project and programme management methodologies
