My Client is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their market leading FS company on an interim basis. Location Canary Wharf Start ASAP RATES £350-£400 Duration 6 Months The role holder will have recent RETAIL BANKING experience the role: * To consistently manage a balance between the business change initiatives and HR driven initiatives intended to grow engagement. * To manage a balance between organisational need, employee need, customer need and the HR teams' ability to deliver. * The ongoing pressure of the industry and the need to achieve stretching TSR targets through continually addressing income and costs challenges. * The changes in socio-economic and political environment. * Daily challenge to ensure the transactional HR work is completed (by the business) and delivered (by the HR community) to a high standard in such a way as to ensure the HRBP has time and energy to deliver the strategic people plan.
