HR Business Partner, Maidenhead. Currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a large organisation based in Maidenhead.

The role is offered either as a 6 month fixed term contract with pro rata benefits or on a day rate as a contractor through a Limited or Umbrella Company.

We are looking for a HR Business Partner with extensive Change Management experience. You will be developing cross functional relationships within the business to build business knowledge and commercial awareness.

You will work with the business to:

Effect a strategy and plan that supports retention, development and succession of employees
Deliver key initiatives and annual HR processes. eg performance management, employment survey etc.
Identify appropriate organisational interventions and engage with the relevant Centre of Excellence to ensure HR best practice and people deliverables.
Develop a HR plan that supports and contributes to business productivity
Work with HR Director and HRBP to deliver the Peopleidentify obstacles and develop strategies to ensure consistency in approach across the business.
Effectively project manage organisational change programmes within business area
Coach and advise business leaders and first reports through all elements of the HR life cycle; developing skills, knowledge and confidence to encourage them to proactively manage difficult and sensitive people issues.

Centres of Excellence Relations:

Proactively engage with the Case Management team to gain understanding of localised ER issues and identify appropriate interventions as required.
Build and maintain relationships with the Centres of Excellence to effect mutual end to end understanding of key people deliverables and processes in the business.
Work with the Centres of Excellence to ensure continuous professional development for the team.
Analyse HR Metrics to monitor and proactively manage people related key performance indicators and define strategies for improvement and management (eg sickness, attrition, case management etc).

HR Operations Support:

Work with the HR Director and other HR Business Partners to provide an environment of support, coaching and professional reference and share internal and external business and commercial knowledge across the wider HR to provide 'best practice' HR advice.
Manage, develop and review the performance of the management and leadership team provide feedback, challenge and act as internal coach to support decision making.

To be suitable for this role you will:

Have proven HR Operations experience in a fast paced environment
Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
Coaching skills
Commercial awareness
Ability to plan, prioritise and work under pressure
Able to convince, persuade and influence others to make decisions and take action
Ability to quickly understand and analyse diverse information and data. Able to identify themes and gaps and then use information with the team and business
Experience of facilitating and influencing change
