HR Business Partner

Role: HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Location: WARWICK
Duration: 6 months
Sector: UTILITIES

To provide a professional HR support to business working as part of the HR Business Partner team, supporting key change programmes, as well as enduring people processes as part of the People Plan.

The role holder will cover a range of HR activities dependent upon their skills and experience and will be a flexible resource supporting all HR Business Partners in developing and delivering the people strategy.

Specific activities supported by this HR Business Partner will include:

-Providing broad operational HR management support to line managers in a way that builds their people management capability
-Leading on HR reporting, including the production of monthly reports,
-Supporting organisational design activity, in order to successfully implement the new Operations structure and assisting with upcoming planned organisation design interventions
-Supporting the implementation of the Field Force terms and conditions project
-Supporting the management and co-ordination of capability projects and programmes
-Supporting the Senior HRBP in strategic project work, such as Role of the Supervisor
-Supporting workforce planning refresh across the business to develop workforce plans for the future

Experience Required:

*Experience in a busy HR role, either operational or specialist HR activity
*Experience in project management
*Experience in key change environments would be desirable
*Experience of managing with complex data would be desirable
*Some experience in dealing with trade unions would also be an advantage.
