You will be required to support the business with recruitment & selection decisions, performance management, absence management
- Provide advice and guidance on policies, procedures and employment legislation
- Provide recommendations on succession planning, development planning and communication plans
- Facilitate and deliver the people agenda
Supports Sales & Account Directors to win large IT outsourcing bids, writing bid collateral, presenting to clients and managing transfer of staff. Leads day-to-day HR operation of Division including talent management, and reward strategy & function. Subject matter expert in TUPE legislation, performance management, and risk management.
