HR Business Partner

My client a leading energy provider in the UK currently has an excellent opportunity for a HR Business Partner/Consultant. They are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner/Consultant who has a strong background within business transformations and change. This person will be required to coordinate and undertake a variety of HR tasks and report directly into the HR Business Partner Manager leading this project.

Experience Required:
The succcessful person should be fully capable of delivering/understanding all the activities detailed, Organisation/Workforce design, development of job descriptions/job evaluations, Resourcing & Rewards, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection (junior right through to senior appointments), Redeployment and Change Management & Communications
