An exciting opportunity for a HR Business partner to join one of theUK's leading, privately owned broking businesses. Based in Bedford, you will be working closely with key stakeholders and managers to ensure a strong strategic people plan and provide a full range of HR Support. As an experienced HR Business Partner you will be responsible for:

- Strategic planning and implementation of annual people plan that is in line with the rapid growth of the company.
- Ensuring Job evaluations and Management development programs are developed and supported.
- You will need to have a strong Employee Relations background.
