We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Utilities Client based in Warwickshire.

Job Title: HR Business Partner
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months +
Location: Warwickshire
Role based in Warwick but with travel to Solihull, Bristol and Isle of Grain.

Role:
Deliver a highly tailored, flexible and appropriate HR service across a specific operating area of the organisation, partnering with the business to deliver specific project-based work and provide strategic and tactical advice and solutions in order to support clients to achieve business plans and objectives.

Skills/Experience:
* Experience of working in a large, complex utilities organisation,
* Experience of managing projects from initiation to implementation and review
* Educated to degree level and holds an HR qualification, together with considerable demonstrable
* Experience providing professional, risk-based advice, tailored to the needs of the business, ideally within a large, global or utility sector organisation
* Detailed practical knowledge and conceptual understanding of employment legislation and HR innovation and best practice.
* Broad knowledge and experience across the full spectrum of HR activities in order to provide a rounded service to the operating unit.
* Influencing and communication skills in order to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation and with a broad range of stakeholders.
* Ability to analyse complex situation and make well-considered decisions quickly and confidently.
