HR Business Partner

On behalf of our client, an international company based in Basel, we are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner. This position is based in Basel, Switzerland and is a contract until the end of the year with the option to extend or to turn it into a permanent position, starting ASAP.

You will manage a team of regional HR Business Partners and act as single point of contact for regional leaders. This includes design and implementation of new HR strategies as well as providing support and guidance in HR related aspects.

- Documented experience as HR Business Partner
- Expertise in all aspects of HR Management
- Sound experience in designing and implementing HR strategies
- Expertise in talent and performance management
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate on all levels
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
