Projektbeschreibung

On behalf of my utilities client I am looking to recruit a HR Business Partner for a period of 9 months based in Warwick.

Key Tasks
* Proactively partner with a specific assigned operating unit of the business in order to support them to achieve their objectives by forging strong relationships with key partners across the unit, and providing high quality, consistent, risk-based advice, acting as a trusted advisor to build a reputation as a credible, professional and flexible HR professional.
* Work with a range of specialist colleagues within the HR team in order to provide tailored, specialised solutions to business problems. 
* Respond to the unique business needs of the client base, learning about the future goals of the operating unit and the business more broadly in order to provide accurate and timely support that is strategically appropriate and that enables them to achieve their goals. 
* Provide generalist HR support services to the operating unit, acting as the first point of contact for internal partners within the client base who require support with HR related issues, carrying out work as set by business demands and in conjunction with guidance from the Executive HRBP. 
* Proactively seek information about internal and external trends in order to build understanding of how these might impact on the business, and work to effectively steer the business towards its goals, ensuring that the HR practices of the organisation are highly customer-focused, fit for purpose, modern and effective. 
* Undertake project work in order to address medium term developmental goals for the operating unit, with typical timescales of 3 - 6 months.
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures in order to minimise the number of tribunals, grievances and complaints that occur because of breaches of procedure.

Experience Required
* Experience of working in a large, complex utilities organisation,
* Experience of managing projects from initiation to implementation and review,
* Educated to degree level and holds an HR qualification, together with considerable demonstrable experience providing professional, risk-based advice, tailored to the needs of the business, ideally within a large, global or utility sector organisation
* Detailed practical knowledge and conceptual understanding of employment legislation and HR innovation and best practice.
* Broad knowledge and experience across the full spectrum of HR activities in order to provide a rounded service to the operating unit.
* Influencing and communication skills in order to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation and with a broad range of stakeholders.
* Ability to analyse complex situation and make well-considered decisions quickly and confidently.
