HR Business Partner

Spring Technology are looking for a HR Business Partner for our client basedin Carlisle.

The role holder will:

* Provide HR insight and input into the development of business strategy, including responsibility for the delivery of the Agency's HR Strategy, in line with operational business needs. The HR Business Partner will translate business goals into prioritised HR requirements and ensure the effective delivery of HR services throughout the Customer Group
* Support Directors/Business Leads in enhancing business performance through improving the performance, capability and motivation of their people
* Be a catalyst for the development and implementation of professional people management policies, capabilities and practices- working with Line Managers and the HR function. The role is also accountable for quality assuring the consistent delivery of HR policies and practices and working across the Agency to continuously improve service
* On behalf of the business, the HR Business Partner acts as the intelligent customer, providing feedback to the wider HR function and commissioning service from HR service providers
* Have significant change agent responsibilities, and will identify and disseminate HR best practice
* Provides expert HR advice in the most complex and high risk cases

Essential Criteria

* Evidence of a strong understanding of the strategy, performance goals and drivers of the organisation
* Evidence of building and developing organisation capability in order to exceed its performance and delivery goals
* Evidence of implementing change with awareness of it's impact on people and working practices to improve business performance
* Evidence of developing organisational design, structures and resource plans which meet the current/future needs of the business
* Evidence of forming strong and influential relationships with stakeholders in order to deliver value to the business.

Desirable Criteria

* Experience of working in an HR environment
* Experience of working in a politically sensitive environment
