The HR Business Improvement Manager will be managing a team with responsibility for delivery and maintenance of core HR IT systems and MI reporting.
Main roles and responsibilities:
- Scoping work and building business cases.
- Financial planning and management.
- People management including working closely alongside senior stakeholders.
- Project delivery
Essential experience:
- Experience of project delivery, ideally within the public sector, and managing a team to tight deadlines.
- Experience of developing business cases including costings for major projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience with strong planning and financial management skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems including payroll, Ehr, online recruitment etc.
- Experience of working with Agresso/Unit 4 products (DESIREABLE NOT ESSENTIAL)
