HR Business Improvement Manager

Harvey Nash's Public Sector client, is looking for an HR Business Improvement Manager to join the existing team. Reporting into the Head of HR Services, you will be responsible for developing new HR Systems and processes and ensuring these fit in line with the organisations vision and policies.

Key duties will include:

* Delivery of Core HR Systems (including reporting)
* Manage all resources, project pipeline and budget
* Ensure employees are engaged with the projects and gain buy-in
* Stakeholder Management
* Support the HR Division on all other matters relating to the projects

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

* Experienced in Project Delivery of HR Projects
* Experience in developing business cases for projects
* Proven track record in Stakeholder Management
* Experience of delivery HR advice and support on HR projects
