HR Business Functional Analyst (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Interact with all the relevant HR stakeholders as well as the Workday team in English and German to gather workflow and HR process requirements
-Review and analyse these requirements
-Identify and manage dependencies with other projects in the Enabling Technology work stream, Workday and the whole HR Digital programme
-Define global and local best practice target solutions which simplify, standardize, and automate HR processes
-Create user stories to be implemented by the Development team
-Support decision making and risk identification

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Very good skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint as well as in Jira for user story creation
-Profound experience in ServiceNow HR module
-Exceptional stakeholder management skills in a global environment
-Proven ability to think strategically and work collaboratively
-A global mindset and experience of working in a global project team
-Fluency in English
-Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to work against deadlines
-Experience with Jama for requirements gathering is desirable
-Know-how of HR IT-landscapes and data flows/integrations is a plus
-Ideally extensive experience in Human Resources, across several disciplines and a proven track record in requirements analysis and specification of requirements for technical implementation team are a plus
