*Work in partnership with key stakeholders, identify people related business issues and propose HR and Resourcing/Workforce planning/Organisational Design/Talent Management solutions or requirements.
*Support the HR Business Consultants in developing Resourcing/Workforce planning/Organisational Design/Talent Management solutions to meet people needs ensuring engagement with appropriate stakeholders.
*Support large-scale change and lead smaller change initiatives, promoting cultural change needed to successfully deliver HR business solutions.
*Design compelling campaigns and setting up assessment centres
*Coach Managers to lead and manage the change agenda by improving the people capabilities of their teams.
*Be responsible for assisting Business Consultants in the development of specifications for HR Management Information to ensure appropriate and timely data is available to managers throughout the business. Encourage Managers to interpret and act upon the data supplied to enable them to more effectively manage their teams and achieve strategic goals.
*Provide guidance and knowledge of the HR Functional areas, providing quality help and support to the wider HR team and the business.
*Support the development and monitoring of the employee engagement strategy.
*Carry out research in support of the Bus Consultants and produce first drafts of papers with proposals for HR interventions
*Development of a new attraction strategy and recruitment and selection methods to support organisation transformation
*Guidance to line managers on effective job analysis and design
*Analysis of retention/turnover information to support recruitment planning
* Designing campaigns and setting up assessment centres
*Working with the business to establish new recruitment and selection activities to support business change
*Develop the content of and collation of exit surveys
*Support in the rollout of a new workforce planning process across the organisation, and use the knowledge to create an organisation plan

Essential Experience
*Experience of resourcing, social media and campaign work
*Development of workforce plans for an organisation
*Ideally some experience of organisation design or talent management
*Awareness of employment legislation
*Good excel skills, able to use pivot tables, link spreadsheets, create formula and ideally macros
