HR BUSINESS ANALYST - SWITZERLAND - 6-12 MONTHS
On behalf of one of RED's global clients, RED is looking for a HR Business Analyst to support the clients new HR Transformation program.
DESIRED SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 3 to 5+ year's experience as a Business Analysis within an HR domain
- The Business Analyst must have in-depth knowledge around HR processes as well as the supporting architecture.
- Understand, challenge and define the scope of the project by running brainstorming sessions, interviews, workshops and other requirements gathering techniques as appropriate.
- Experience with Documenting and managing functional and non-functional requirements, also with translating the requirement into functional specification.
- Strong experience and knowledge or HR processes.
- Experience with SAP Successfactors, ADP and People-soft is an advantage but not a must requirement.
- Experience with a Business Process Modelling tool a plus, but not a must requirement.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to work independently, while also being a strong team player.
- Excellent presentation skills.
This is a 6 month contract, but has a high possibility of being extended for another 6months +.
This is a full time role based in Switzerland.
