HR Business Analyst/Project Management Contract role in Switzerland - 12 months!

Our client in Switzerland is looking for an HR BUSINESS ANALYST who has some PROJECT MANAGEMENT experience.
The main tasks are:
- FUNCTIONAL SOLUTION DESIGN: Produce Functional Specifications for HRIS solutions: Maintaining the KPI and Measure Catalogue to ensure alignment across the organization, completes the functional elements of RDD (Report Design Document and interface requirements for data), establish measures, axis of analysis, reports layout and other features (eg security and roles), pro-actively leading the business in formalizing their needs and produce a gap analysis between existing solutions and business expectations.
- TESTING: Organize testing phases (involvement user groups), produce and execute test scripts covering all functional scenarios expected to be covered by the solutions, determine and produce the required test data to execute testing. Support the business on their own execution and the documentation related to the solution in order to enable test.
- IMPLEMENTATION: Manage communication with the business regarding functionalities implemented, identify target user group and ensure they have proper access to functionalities as well as sufficient support to use them and monitor the solutions are actually used as expected
- GOVERNANCE: Ensure consistence and coherence regarding the information delivered by ensuring measures and dimensions of analysis are defined correctly and are not duplicated neither ambiguous. Facilitate alignment across different business areas and identify the business processes supported by the solution, Define and Reinforce governance rules to be applied around self-reporting activities.
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Manage project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; overseeing the area of responsibility to ensure alignment with the plan.
Candidates should have experience of the following:
Global application design and build experience
Business Process Analysis & project Management
Experience of SAP, SSIS, BO, MS Office etc.
