Our client needs an HCM Business Analyst for a 2 month contract to be based near Frankfurt in Germany (full time). German Speaking! The suitable HCM BA will be required to assist with successfully implementing an electronic personnel action workflow and decommission of an MS Access database decommissioning and decision for a new tool. The suitable HCM BA will also be required to undertake the following tasks: Project Initiation support - Transfer of existing documents into clients local system and creation/workout of remaining gaps as required for business needs - Project Charter, User Requirement Specification, Roles & Responsibility, Functional Specification (Draft), Solution Architecture (Draft), Project Schedule (Draft) - Meet with stakeholder to discuss unclear requirements, to fill gaps in documents for business needs. - Align with other HR project (Workday) The suitable BA will need to be a fluent German speaker for this project too. Our client can interview and offer immediately too.
