HR Systems and Finance Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading financial services firm for an Analyst to join the HR Systems team on an interim basis to manage the changes that the groups Transformation project will have on the HR processes and systems.

This role reports into HR Systems and an understanding of HR processes and systems is essential for this position.

Key responsibilities:
* Perform analysis on upstream and down stream systems
* Apply findings to HR processes and systems, making recommendations and implementing changes
* Report findings to the Project manager leading the Finance Transformation project

Essential criteria:
* Experience working with HR Systems
* Experience in analytical project work
* Understanding of RAID log
* Confidence managing large volumes of financial data

This role is ideally suited to someone who has worked as a HR Business Analyst or similar position - giving exposure to HR Systems and processes and handling large volumes of finance data.
