HR Business Analyst for Servicenow Knowledge Implementation (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their knowledge management needs and translate them into functional requirements
- Market expertise and research to identify best practices and industry standards for HR knowledge management and apply them to Infineon's needs
- Identify opportunities to improve HR knowledge management processes and workflows and make recommendations for improvement
- Work with the MyHR team to configure the HR knowledge management module to meet the requirements
- Support in creating knowledge relevant processes in MyHR
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure HR stakeholders are proficient in using the MyHR knowledge management module
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve the quality and relevance of HR knowledge
- Collaborate with other HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of knowledge management

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong experiences in HR Projects
- Very good experiences with ServiceNow
- Excellent experiences in the topic Knowledge (intelligent knowledge management)
- Fluent English skills, German (advantageous)
