Projektbeschreibung
Hanson Regan are currently looking for a HR Business Analyst for a 6-12 month contract position based in Switzerland.
The consultant will be responsible for capturing business needs, translating them into functional specs, and ensure they are addressed by IT services and solutions.
- Define the scope of the project using appropriate elicitation and documentation techniques
- Document and manage functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate the requirements into detailed specifications
- Review solution design documentation.
- Knowledge of ADP and Success Factors tools a plus
- Good general knowledge of the IT world and technologies
- Must Speak French and English
