HR BUSINESS ANALYST
On behalf of our client, a bank here in Zurich, we are looking for a Business Analyst for their HR project. For this 3 months contract based in Zürich, Switzerland, our client is looking for an English speaking candidate.

Your role:
- Support the development of HR business process framework
- Coordinate HR business process design activities
- Analyse HR business processes with cross-functional responsibilities
- Support and coordinate the preparation of end-to-end system testing
- Contribute to the delivery of end-to-end system testing by taking on responsibility for specific test scenarios
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- 3+ years' experience in Business Analysis within HR
-Experience in requirements specification and testing
- HR project and/or process background
- Solid skills with Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English and German is an advantage
