HR Business Analyst

One of our large Melbourne based client is looking for an experienced SAP HR Business Analyst for a project for a short 6 week contract which could extend.

Our client is a global company and is leader in their field and they are on the forefront of the latest technologies.

To be considered for this role you will be required to have the following  

- At least 5 years' experience as a BA and SAP HCM functional specialist
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into business and functional specification
- Experience of at least 2 year on Global SAP HCM projects
- Strong documentation skills as well as mapping designs towards solutions
- Good knowledge of operational HR Process and functional knowledge as well as other third party HR systems
- Ability to interact with users and document business requirements
