HR Business Analyst

This role will work closely with business teams and the global technology team throughout the ERP/Transformation delivery cycle starting from as is' analysis through the requirements gathering phase through to design and then implementation.
Within this position you will own elements of the end to end process that will be further than core HR. For this it would be beneficial to have Project Management skills whilst working closely with business staff to draw requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
A senior role that needs an individual who can evaluate the information gathered, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information, abstract up from low-level information to a good general understanding and then distinguishing user requires from the underlying true needs, whilst challenging appropriately to ensure all business requirements are clear, robust and reflect business practicalities.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience of business analysis and technical requirements gathering
- Proven experience leading and undertaking process mapping activity
- Working knowledge of the HR function
- Experience of ERP in relation to Human Capital Management (Transactional - Employee Data/Talent Management/Resource Planning/Workforce Management/Employee Self Service/Reporting Elements)
- Experience of BPMN (Beneficial)
- Strong skills in Excel/MS-Access (Beneficial)
- Project Management skills (Beneficial)
