HR Business Analyst

I am urgently looking for a number of Interim Business Analysts for my central government client based in Berkshire. This opportunity is open for enthusiastic Business Analyst who is willing to provide analytical support to approved initiatives, projects and programmes currently being taken forward by the company. Deadline for applying is 10:00am on Thursday, 19th Dec.

You will also be responsible for:
- Creating products in support of projects and changes, including scoping and feasibility studies, requirements and cusiness cases.
- Analysing, reviewing documentation and maintenance of business models and processes.
- Identifying issues, develop requirements and solution options, helping to identify and quantify benefits and assist in implementation.
-Supporting the testing of proposed solutions before acceptance and implementation.
- Managing the work of a small team.

To be considered for this role you must have:
- The ability to analyse complex problems to identify key issues and develop corresponding, innovative and creative solutions .
- Experience in interviewing, negotiating and influencing, using information and persuasive argument to gain commitment and resources.
- Qualification in business analysis (eg ISEB) and business improvement techniques (eg LEAN).
- The willingness to travel.
- Experience of working within a similar role within public sector, ideally central government.
