A potential opportunity has arisen to join a high profile client in Birmingham.
The HR Business Advisor will provide support to the HR Business Consultant in embedding changed and new HR processes and initiatives into the business.
Key Deliverables
- Provide support to the Senior and HR Business Partners as required.
- Provide flexible business support, as may be required to deliver projects and work streams to time, quality and within budget.
- Manage specific pieces of work to meet objectives, ensuring relevant policies and procedures are followed.
- Provide effective leadership and guidance, encouraging the development of capability to improve business performance through continuous improvement of work
- Prioritise delivery according to business need maintaining continuous efficient work flow at all times.
- Embed a strong customer centred ethos through efficient practice and visible, effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective flow of reporting and information.
- Manage reporting, resources; planning; forecasting; and monitoring against budget to inform decision making
- Develop engaged, high performing teams that deliver projects and work streams with improved efficiency.
- Establish and maintain proactive business support to deliver informed reporting and accurate transactions to agreed deadlines.
Key Skills and Experiences:
- Understanding of HR best practice, processes and associated legislation with a focus on resourcing (including recruitment and workforce planning).
- Proficiency in a range of office software products to enable production/maintenance of a range of complex documents, spread sheets and management reports.
- A strong track record of delivering outcomes and achievements in a customer focussed organisation.
