Projektbeschreibung
The role sits within the HR Employee Relations department which provides professional ER advice and support, clear policy guidance, system and data support and effective administration processes to the clients functions in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
You will ensure the delivery of ER transactions to enable delivery of the HR and specifically ER strategic priorities.
To support/advise line managers in the handling of all employment relations matters such as disciplinary, grievance, harassment etc. from the point at which these matters become formal.
To ensure the integrity of all ER processes undertaken by all employees ie that they comply with company policy and that they are properly and consistently documented.
To provide support and/or advice to HRBPs and/or line management in handling people issues, advising and supporting the appropriate course of action.
Analyse ER cases, recommend and implement the correct course of action taking account of the commercial consequences of the action.
Key Skills:
Experienced in a similar role
CIPD qualified or a willingness to undertake.
Experience in HR and ER case management.
Experience of working within a fast moving environment/able to multi-task.
Excellent understanding of HR policy and its application throughout functions.
Good knowledge of current and future Employment Law issues and how these will affect the organisation.
