HR ADVISOR/TUPE/HR OPERATIONS

Tangent International are currently looking for a HR Advisor to work based in the South of England. This will be a 3 month extendable contract working for a large infrastructure organisation.

THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE ARE ESSENTIAL:

Candidates with more exposure to HR Change projects TUPE/Restructures.

Professionally qualified, as a minimum to Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development level

Highly organised with self-drive to deliver on time and to a high quality, managing a true consultancy service to business leaders

Experience of working across the full breadth and complexity of advice and guidance as detailed under Accountabilities

Able to identify and focus on value-add' activity; able to measure the benefits of ER Consultant intervention. Able to advise on the effective use of the HR model in the support of basic ER and transactional activity ie role of Adviser Plus and HR Shared Service

Rates are £150 per day.
