OUR CLIENT REQUIRES AN HR ADVISOR WITH TUPE EXPERIENCE TO JOIN THEIR TEAM. THERE ARE MULTIPLE POSSIBLE LOCATIONS FOR THIS ROLE, CHESTERFIELD, BANBURY AND ALDERSHOT. THE ROLE IS INITIALLY 3 MONTHS AND IS LOOKING TO PAY £250 - £275 P/D DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The primary function of the role is to provide a service focused on service excellence to the Business Managers. Using the HR Value Chain to contract with the business, providing a consultancy type service, giving advice, coaching and risk based information on HR and employee relations issues and related projects through to closure, ensuring that actions following the provision of that advice are executed and is legally compliant and meets the HR Statement of work and associated SLAs.

The focus of this role is to respond to, support and up skill managers in resolving their people management/employee relations issues.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Individually and as part of a team deliver an efficient, customer responsive case management Service, supporting managers and employees in carrying out casework relating to disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability and other performance management and learning and development interventions and evaluations, in order to support the delivery of the HR Statement of Work and associated SLAs.
- Contribute to other HR related projects that arise throughout the year eg. redundancy processes, restructuring exercises, TUPE PROJECTS, site closures, policy development.
- Provide customer focused, comprehensive and pragmatic people management advice and support to managers, employees and business partners in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements.
- Manage workforce casework, ensuring the organisation complies with employment law and makes appropriate recommendations where there is found to be any conflict or doubt.
