HR ADVISOR - ROTATION MANAGEMENT - TRAINING - GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT - GENERALIST - PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

My client, a leading Global Banking Institution, require a HR advisor to manage the ongoing development for analysts joining Technology, Finance and Compliance programmes. This individual will also be expected to support the end to end project management and execution of a Global Induction Programme.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

ROTATION MANAGEMENT - Plan and Managing the rotation process for Technology, Finance and Compliance analysts.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT - Work closely with the business to ensure best practice is adopted in how analysts on rotation are managed in regards to poor performance, disciplinaries and breaches to regulation.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT - Project Lead and execution of global induction programme. Provide regular reports to Global Head of Graduate Requirement & Development.

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Proven Graduate Development/Training experience.

Previous Generalist experience.

Good understanding of performance management processes and framework

Ideally experience of HR Systems and Databases
