HR Advisor - Supporting HR Manager, Recruitment Process

HR Advisor is required for an initial contract opportunity in Amersham, there is an opportunity for this position to become permanent.

As HR Advisor you will be supporting the HR Manager in general HR duties, liaising with Managers, and providing front line support/advice on all HR matters. An important part of your role as HR Advisor will be to provide advice and assistance in setting up the recruitment process for my client, so moving away from using agencies to doing all recruitment in-house. You will need to set up the recruitment process from scratch, advise managers on recruitment processes and assist with the employee "on-boarding" process.

In order to be successful in your application we are looking for someone with HR Advisory experience which also includes recruitment, ideally someone who has assisted with the set up of a recruitment process in-house (rather than using agencies).

As HR Advisor you will be a tenacious and proactive HR professional, looking to make a difference where you work. HR experience in covering policy writing, recruiting and training & development is a must. You will also need to be a resourceful self-starter - someone who can network and get information rather than wait for information to be passed on. A HR Advisor in this position will need to be a team player, happy to assist in all areas, and can work well in a fast paced, challenging environment.
