This is a varied role and you will be working in a fast paced environment advising and guiding managers on a variety of HR topics. You will need to be creative in finding solutions to complex problems, continually improving processes and have strong reasoning capabilities.
We are looking for someone who has;
* Experience within shared services.
* Can work in a fast paced cross-functional environment.
* Experience in coaching and mentoring managers and dealing with a variety of employee relations issues.
* Part of full CIPD qualified.
* A good understanding of HR, rewards, benefits, payroll and associated systems.
