HR Advisor (Pay and Pensions)/Pay HR Advisor/Pay & Pensions HR Adviser

My London based Public Sector client is seeking a HR Advisor (Pay and Pensions)/Pay HR Advisor/Pay & Pensions HR Adviser for a 3+ month contract.

Key Tasks for the HR Advisor (Pay and Pensions)/Pay HR Advisor/Pay
o Preparing the increase upload for submission
o Drafting staff communications regarding the pay settlement;
o Dealing with staff queries that arise from the settlement.
* Preparing financial data and reports to support their project;
* Assisting with the implementation of the pay related outcomes of the project;
o Preparing the increase upload for submission;
o Drafting staff communications regarding professionalism and parity; and
o Dealing with staff queries that arise from the project.
* Preparing the client's project plan for the 2015 pensions reform project; and
* Dealing with employee payroll and pension queries, liaising as necessary.
