HR Advisor/HR Professional
I am recruiting for a HR Professional for a 3 month contract working for a telecommunications company based in Buckinghamshire.
The company are currently going through a period of change and transformation and require a HR professional to support the HR Manager in delivering the people element of the change programme.

Your main responsibilities will include;
*Reviewing policies and procedures
*Reviewing the recruitment process, guidelines and development of external recruitment portals.
*Develop the Intranet site and ensure information is up to date.
*Support in developing and shaping organisational training needs.

We are looking for candidates who;
*Are available within 2 weeks to start the role.
*A HR Professional who is looking to make a difference to where they work.
*Generalist HR experience.
*A good communicator both with written and verbal communications.
*A self-starter and someone who can use their initiative.
*Team player who can work well at pace and thrives on challenges.
