HR ADVISOR/HR ANALYST - TUPE

TANGENT ARE LOOKING FOR HR ADVISORS/HR ANALYSTS TO WORK IN GUILDFORD FOR A 6 MONTHS ROLLING CONTRACT

- Creation of monthly HR report to our client during the contractual exit phase
- Prepare All employee comms for the staff affected under TUPE situation
- Identify and confirm in-scope population from HR due diligence data
- Briefing to in-scope permanent staff and agencies of contractors (who are subject to TUPE situation)
- Organise employee consultation forum subgroup for consultation
- Prepare FAQ's and distribute - maintain weekly
- Plan for other HR activities (payroll, mgr leavers actions, pension arrangements/lease arrangements)
- New supplier starts consultation - ongoing until SCD
- Employee Exit Plan draft

Required experience and skills

1) Proficient user of MS Excel and data management/data analysis

2) Knowledge of standard HR process, eg TUPE, Employee consultation etc is desirable but not essential

3) Track record of working in big organisation/multi-national enterprise

4) Good communication skills (written and verbal) - ability to communicate effectively with senior management and clients on complex contractual and HR issues
