HR Advisor required for a contract position in London. Steria Recruitment, working in partnership with one of the best known brands in the market place, is recruiting a HR Advisor for an initial 3 month contract.
This HR Advisor role will require candidates with a proven track record in:
- Implementing HR processes and delivering new and revised policies within specified timeframes
- Advising and progressing activity associated with: disciplinaries, grievances, pay/allowances, recruitment, performance and or absence management.
- Delivering fit for purpose, clear and quick employee life cycle services that are accessible by users and continuously improving
- Ensuring an efficient and effective payroll and pension service is provided
- Providing a quality, customer focused recruitment service to all CMA recruiting managers, ensuring that recruitment campaigns are effective and talent is attracted
The successful candidate will able to demonstrate delivery against a full suite of HR key performance indicators and be Chartered MCIPD preferred, although other similar qualifications will be considered as will evidence of working towards a professional people qualification.
