HR Advisor

Our client a renowned organisation within South West England has currently an opening for an experienced HR Adviser who will be responsible for a collection of interesting and varied caseloads of employment relations. As an HR Adviser you will be assisting the Employment Relations team as well as the legal advisers in topics such as Employment Tribunals as well as providing advice and guidance and support in organisational change. There is every possibility that you will be requested to join a number of policy reviews, our client will be there to support you all the way in this contract.

This role is a an exciting kaleidoscope of tasks, at its centre you will provide a high quality customer orientated employee relations advice and support that is consistent with employment legislation- processes and procedures. We are also keen to speak to anyone who has had experience as an HR Adviser in trade union matters. You will be CIPD qualified or working towards your CIPD accreditation.
