HR ADVISOR - CHANGE PROGRAMMES - EMPLOYEE RELATIONS - REWARD - PERFORMANCE - OIL & GAS

Our client is a FTSE 100 organisation and is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team in Sunbury on an initial 6 month contract to partner with the HR Vice President to deliver strategic business HR insight, coaching and broad ranging advice to the global HR Leadership Team to ensure delivery of the People Agenda and associated HR operational activity.

EXPERIENCE:

- Experienced HR Generalist with a proven track record of being recognised as a trusted advisor to leadership
- Experience being responsible for reward and performance management, recruitment, mobility, capability, learning and development, employee relations, and talent management
- Extensive experience working on Change Programmes, including UK legislation as well as UK Employee Relations
- Experience working in the Oil and Gas and related industry within a Matrix environment
