HR Advisor

HR Advisor - Contract - Cornwall - £15 - £17 per hour depending on experience

Initially this contract will be for 12 Weeks (dependent on start date) there is the possibility for extension for a further 3 months. Looking for candidates to interview and start ASAP.

My Cornwall based client is looking for a strong HR Advisor with experience of the below:

*CIPD certified or working towards the accreditation
*Experience of working in a Local Government Environment
*The focus of this role will be Employee regulations, legislation and employment issues
*Working in a unionised environment, you will be required to advise individuals and groups
*Current knowledge of employment legislation and experience of managing cases concerning, conduct, capability, attendance, general performance management and grievances are essential.
