HR Advisor

HR ADVISOR EMEA - SWINDON - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

The HR Advisor will be accountable for day-to-day implementation and facilitation of HR processes, programmes and products that support these teams. The HRA will have primary responsibility for the provision of an advisory/consultancy service to this group and also have a good understanding of the group-wide HR policies, practices and issues. The role holder will be responsible for managing the HR relationships with a number of senior leaders.
Working closely with the Europe & Africa HR Director, this individual will also work effectively with HR colleagues across the Europe and Africa Region and globally.

The HR Advisor will:
- be the HR contact point for the dedicated client group within Europe & Africa UK and Ireland
- champion all aspects of the HR agenda
- day to day implementation of HR processes, programmes and products that support the HR agenda, including:

* Performance Management & Reward
* Talent ManagementTAS and GPD
Support the HR Service Delivery Model for line managers and employees
Be an active member of the UK & Ireland Country Leadership team
Provide an HR Business Partner relationship for the Regional Marketing team
Manage all activities relating to Reward and benefits, the Union agreement and associated negotiations in Ireland
Lead change programmes for the Europe and Africa Region.
