HR ADVISOR/BUSINESS PARTNER - SWINDON - TALENT - PERFORMANCE - CIPD

Our client is a FTSE 100 organisation and is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team in Swindon on an initial 6 month contract basis. The successful candidate will be the HR contact point for the dedicated client group within this global organisation and will champion all aspects of the HR agenda

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Day to day implementation of HR processes, programmes and products that support the HR agenda, including:

- Performance Management & Reward
- Talent ManagementTAS and GPD

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

- HR professional will have experience of business partnering, supporting an International business
- The ability to engage all levels of the organisation with credibility and respect of peers, team leaders and external parties
- Ability to manage multiple agendas for competing demands at any one time
- Experience in cross-border HR delivery would be very desirable given the Regional responsibilities of the client group
- CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Talent and Performance Management
