Tangent are currently looking for a HR Advisor to work based by Liverpool Street Station for a large infrastructure organisation. The position is to start ASAP for a 3 month rolling contract.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Manage day to day recruitment and selection activities
- Facilitate the performance management processes on behalf of the parent companies
- Review HR Policy and documentation for updates
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
- Previous, proven experience of working on a large, busy construction project
- Experience in HR principles and practice including recruitment solutions and learning and development
- Experience in providing HR advice to all levels of management with strategic decision-making responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in coordinating learning and development activities
Rates around £11 - £14 per hour
