HR ADVISOR/BUSINESS PARTNER - CONTRACT - 6 months - STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

HR ADVISOR WITH CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN A COMPLEX/MATRIX MANAGED ENVIRONMENT REQUIRED TO JOIN A GLOBAL BLUE CHIP ORGANISATION BASED IN SWINDON. - SENIOR STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT IN A GLOBAL, BLUE CHIP ORGANISATION
- Experience supporting HR on a large transformation piece of work
- Talent management and experience advising in complex HR queries
- Cross-border HR experience and experience delivering on HR process and policy
- Collaborative approach and proven experience of strategic HR delivery

ABOUT THE ROLE

The candidate will report to the HR manager, and key responsibilities will include:

- Day-to-day implementation and facilitationof HR process, programmes and products supporting key stakeholder.
- Managing HR relationships with senior leaders
- Being the point of contact for a dedicated client group in the UK
- Delivery of the people agenda to key stakeholders.

Please note that this is not a day-to-day role - candidates should have experience dealing with complex HR enquires eg restructuring, talent or complex ER cases.

CIPD certification is a must.
