Our client is a well known organisation who is currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor. The role will require full generalist support covering areas such as employee relations, job evaluation and change. You must be able to demonstrate a strong generalist background with experience of working in a unionised environment. You will have experience of providing comprehensive support and advice to line managers and employees and in dealing with employee relations, such as disciplinaries, grievances and absence, as well as being part of developing the wider, progressive change agenda. You must be able to gain credibility and build key relationships very quickly throughout the business. Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification, you are an experienced advisor, with a genuine enthusiasm for HR and the ability to deliver best practice within a challenging environment.
