HR ADVISOR

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a proactive, innovative and responsive professional HR team based at one of our customer sites in Bolton.

You will provide proactive operational HR service to Managers across the college, supporting the departments strategy, development plan,structure and service level agreement. You will provide advice, support and guidance to identified business and curriculum areas.

The successful candidate will proven experience in HR Advisor role, ideally in a similar environment, be CIPD qualified and have experience of successfully handling a range of complex staff issues.

This is a part time post working three days per week (preferably Monday to Wednesday) 22 hours per week on a temporary basis covering maternity leave starting February 2014 initially until December 2014.
