HR Advisor

HR Advisor - Portsmouth - £26,500 - 12 month FTC

Advantage Resourcing are recruiting a HR Advisor to join a leading organisation for an initial 12 month period.

You'll work closely with Line Managers to develop and implement predominantly short, medium and long term HR interventions and business solutions to support the Employee Case Management process

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with stakeholders to diagnose key performance issues and associated people requirements for both immediate and future business challenges
- Design/deploy/tailor HR interventions to the customer using a range of best practice techniques including consultant methodology and project management techniques.
-Measure and evaluate the impact of HR interventions in contributing to key stakeholder effectiveness, efficiency and attainment of strategic objectives.
-Collaboratively work with other HR professionals input to design and deploy innovative, timely and cost effective interventions across the business as a whole.
-Builds relationships with key stakeholders in order to persuasively challenge and contribute to driving the Case Management vision

Experience required for this role;

-Generalist HR experience including recruitment and employee relations.
-Good skills in processing and analysing data
-PC skills, Excel, Word, Access and HR information systems.
-Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
-Persuasive and assertive to operate in all areas of the business.
